It is important to understand the difference between the two primary application processes you can engage in to acquire creative financing for your capital equipment needs. Please read through this document so you can make an informed choice about how to apply for a lease through American Specialty Equipment Capital. The Lease Application Process:

  2. Electronic Credit Evaluation, Confirmation, and Notification
  3. Verify Documentation

  8. Funding and Lessor Invoices Customer Monthly

We experience two different scenarios when receiving and processing Lease Applications. Whichever one you choose we will need the following information contained in the checklist on the next page to process your application quickly and efficiently.
 

"CREDIT APPLICATION ONLY" programs are great on convenience but are usually driven from a Credit Scoring System and usually are a higher interest rate and/or specific Finance Program, which might not fit your Business needs or equipment type.  If this is your decision, then fill out our "BOLDED Fields" in our Credit Application Form and we will go to work for you.  The information needed is included on the next page. Please print out this form and gather the information you need to complete your application online or by fax.
 

OR

"COMPLETE-PACKAGED PROPOSAL", which is much more strenuous, but achieves better results because of the additional SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION which funnels the proposal to the right Credit Underwriters with a specific program to fit your Business needs and equipment type. Additional information needed in addition to the information in the checklist on the next page:

  • Three Years of Personal and Business Tax Returns of Owners with 20% or more ownership.

  • Invoice for Equipment with Total Cost including, installation, delivery or additions and Pictures, Brochures or Comparable on Internet.Company

  • History and Future Business Objectives/Revenues. Tell us your Story!

Packaging a Proposal for submission is one of the most important steps to acquire the best funding for your project. Proper packaging will help move a transaction quickly from prospect to reality, something we are all concerned about.
